Running Springs, CA – The cause of a structure fire on All View Drive in Running Springs remains under investigation.
Running Springs Fire Chief Tony Grabow told ROTWNEWS the home sustained moderate damage and was contained to the first floor and attic by responding fire units from Running Springs Fire, Arrowbear Fire, U. S. Forest Service and San Bernardino County Fire. No dollar amount was affixed to the damage.
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department investigators also responded.
Running Springs, CA – A structure fire in Running Springs on All View Drive is currently under investigation.
The fire — located in the 30800 block of All View Road North — was reported just before 8 p.m. on Dec. 6th. The first units on scene reported heavy smoke coming from the residence at 7:52 p.m., according to scanner reports.
Firefighters confirmed a working structure fire at 7:59 p.m. and responding units from other agencies were directed to continue their response. All View Drive was closed at Live Oak Drive to allow fire fighting efforts on the residence.
The fire was reported knocked down at 8:34 p.m. and at 8:48 p.m. a fire investigator was requested.
All units were reported available at 9:50 p.m. except Squad 51 that was working with the Sheriff’s Department investigator.
