Haitian Experiences Top Democratic Club Agenda

Big Bear Lake, CA – Bear Bear native Everest Mueller shares his Haitian experiences on Tuesday, January 8.

Mueller will offer an informative program on Haiti during the first meeting of 2013 of the Big Bear Valley Democratic Club starting at 6:30 p.m. Mueller’s presentation will take place at the Municipal Water District complex at 40524 Lakeview Drive in Big Bear Lake. The public is invited to attend. Refreshments will be served.

Mueller will discuss his insights and experiences in Haiti, as well as United States policies in regards to Haiti

EVEREST MUELLER

Mueller, who was born and raised in Big Bear and holds a degree from UCLA in Cultural Anthropology, recently earned a Master’s Degree in Intercultural Service, Leadership and Management from the School of  International Training (SIT) in Vermont. He chose to do his international internship in Haiti, one of the world’s poorest countries.

Currently, Mueller is a project coordinator at a small school and orphanage in Port Au Prince, Haiti.

Muller has established a non-profit organization to aid the people of Haiti and Kosovo.
