Local Man Graduates From Paramedic Program

Yucaipa, CA – William Carlson, from Running Springs, has graduated from the Crafton Hills Paramedic Program.

The Crafton Hills College 78th Paramedic Class Graduation ceremony took place recently at the Finkelstein Performing Arts Center in Yucaipa.

Carlson and 16 other graduates were honored by Program Director Dan Word, Medical Director Dr. Phong Nguyen and guest speaker Firefighter and Paramedic John Marini of the City of San Bernardino Fire Department. Certificates were presented by Dr. Phong Nguyen, Director Word, Past Director Kathy Crow, Interim President Dr. Cheryl Marshall, and Dean June Yamamoto. Trustee Donna Ferracone and Executive Vice President Rebeccah Warren-Marlatt congratulated the graduates and Joseph Sandoval addressed the audience on behalf of the graduates.

The certificate recipients were: Gustavo Aguirre, Matthew Anderson, William Carlson, Christian Dominguez, Christopher Gerardi, Joseph Gerardi, Travis Lansing, Garry Lingafelter, Josiah Lopez, Simon Lopez, Jeremy Martin, Ernest Mullenax, Philip Nageotte, Benjamin Nielsen, Joseph Sandoval, Steven Talley, and Richard Valenti.
