Big Bear Lake, CA – Big Bear Lake’s Housing Element will be the subject of a January 16 Community Workshop.
The workshop — organized by the Big Bear Lake Planning Commission to review plans for the Housing Element — begins at 1:15 p.m. at Milton W. Hofert Hall, located at 39707 Big Bear Boulevard. The update of the Housing Element for the 2013-14 cycle is mandated by the State of California.
HOUSING ELEMENT
The Housing Element is a document required to identify and analyze existing and projected housing needs, and include statements of the city’s goals, policies, quantified objectives, as well as scheduled programs for the preservation, improvement and development of housing.
