Big Bear City, CA – Directors of the Bear Valley Community Healthcare District — Gail McCarthy, Donna Nicely, Rob Robbins, Jack Roberts and Barbara Willey — have announced the re-opening of the Rural Health Clinic in Big Bear City.
The Rural Health Clinic will be operating on a limited basis until sometime next month when a ribbon cutting ceremony will be scheduled.
However, starting Thursday, January 12, some patients with previously scheduled appointments will be seen at the clinic.
In addition, the Center for Oral Health (COH) in Pomona — under a service agreement signed at a recent board meeting — will be one of the main suppliers of dental care at the re-opened facility. COH personnel will begin seeing patients this week.
The newly re-opened Rural Health Clinic — operated by the Bear Valley Community healthcare District — is located at 1038 West Big Bear Boulevard in Big Bear City.
