Lake Arrowhead, CA – Billy Dickson’s resignation from the Lake Arrowhead Dam Advisory
Committee (CSA 70 D-1) — accepted by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors on
January 10 — has created a vacancy on the five-member panel.
Members must be registered voters who are full-time residents of the district. They serve four-year terms and do not receive compensation for their service.
Current members of the Lake Arrowhead Dam Advisory Committee are Gary R. Tompkins, Fred
A. Reed, Nancy Noble and Ken Witte.
COUNTY SERVICE AREA 70 D-1
County Service Area 70 D-1 was formed by a vote of Lake Arrowhead area voters on November
Voters approved $7 million to purchase land and construct the Papoose Lake Dam through an
assessment that was added to property tax bills.
