Lake Arrowhead, CA -The Lake Arrowhead Community Presbyterian Church, in conjunction with LifeStream, will host a blood drive and bone marrow screening on Sunday, April 30, from 11:15 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
The Lake Arrowhead Community Presbyterian Church is located at 351 S. State Hwy 173, Lake Arrowhead.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO DONATE BLOOD
Individuals who are at least 15 years of age can donate blood. All prospective donors must be free of infections or illness, weigh at least 110 pounds, and not be at risk for AIDS or hepatitis.
Donors are encouraged to drink plenty of fluids prior to the donation process and to bring along photo identification.
PARENTAL CONSENT NECESSARY FOR THOSE 15 – 16 YEARS OLD
Those between the ages of 15 -16 must provide written parental consent.

RECEIVE DONOR POINTS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Donors receive free cholesterol screening and points that may be redeemed for items though http://www.LStream.org
Donating blood takes only and hour, yet gives someone the possibility of enjoying years of life.
