Supervisors Approve SkyPark General Plan Amendments and Conditional Use Permit Approval

The San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors approved the conditional use permit for SkyPark at Santa’s Village.

San Bernardino, CA – The Land Use Services Department have made their recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding the General Plan Amendments and General Use Permit for SkyPark at Santa’s Village. A public hearing on the recommendation will be held Tuesday, July, 11, 2017.

The Land Use Services Department has made a recommendation that the Supervisors approve the Conditional Use Permit, in order to re-establish an outdoor commercial entertainment center on 152.92 acres.

Before going before the Board of Supervisors, the public will again have ample opportunity to examine and prepare comments on the project, before the Board of Supervisors act on the matter.

The Conditional Use Permit would replace the current Temporary Use Permit.

The public session will be held at the Government Center, located at 385 N. Arrowhead in San Bernardino, CA
