Big Bear Alpine Zoo Hosts Annual “Boo at the Zoo”

Big Bear Lake, CA – Big Bear Alpine Zoo hosts it annual “Boo at the Zoo” Halloween Celebration on Saturday, October 28th, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Children are encouraged to come in costume, visit their favorite animals, and trick-or-treat at stations throughout the Zoo. Our Spooktacular event will feature dark tales and unique storytelling, featuring our animals of the night and accompanied by tasty treats. Children of all ages will also be able to enjoy arts and crafts and our most popular pumpkin enrichment table.


The Big Bear Alpine Zoo is located at 43285 Goldmine Dr., Big Bear Lake, CA.

Admission : General Zoo admission, Adults (ages 10 and up) $12, Seniors (ages 60+) $9, Children (ages 3-9) $9, Children (2 and under) Free.

The Big Bear Alpine Zoo is San Bernardino County’s only zoo, and also serves as a wildlife animal sanctuary, rehabilitation and education center. Founded in 1959, it is operated and owned by the Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District.
