Crestline, CA – The Mountain Homeless Coalition needs volunteers to help with set up and registration for the Mountain Project Connect on Thursday, October 12, at St. Francis Cabrini Church, located at 23079 Crest Forest Drive in Crestline.
The following openings are needed:
Wednesday, October 11th
Three persons – Setting up tables, from 1-3 p.m.
One person – Label tables, from 1-3 p.m.
One Person – Distribute water buckets, from 1-3 p.m.
Thursday October 12th
One person needed, between 8 and 10 a.m. to put balloons on tables.
Two persons – Complete intake forms/Surveys at MCH table and distribute hygiene kits from 10 a.m. to noon.
Two persons – Complete intake forms/surveys at MCH/Surveys at MCH table and distribute hygiene kits from noon to 2 p.m.
One person – Greeter/directions, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
One person – Parking control and trash dumping from 10 a.m. to noon.
One person – Assist with lunch (about 11-11:30).
Three persons – tear down tables.
One person – gather barriers, signs, empty trash containers
One person – gather leftover water and water buckets
