Vegetation Fire in Lake Arrowhead on Torrey Road – UPDATE 2- Monday November 13 – 6:24 p.m. p.m.

UPDATE 2 – Monday Novemer 13 – 6:24 P.M.

The Torry Fire is 100% contained. The fire was held at 1 acre.

The lead agency on the fire was CalFire with U.S. Forest Service and San Bernardino County Fire. Crews will remain on scene over night and tomorrow.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

UPDATE 1- Monday November 13 – 4:55 p.m.

According to the CHP the fire is now out, but units will remain on scene.

Lake Arrowhead, CA – Vegetation fire was reported from Keller Peak at 3:50 on Monday, November 13.

The Fire is on Torrey Road in Lake Arrowhead. Units dispatched reported smoke showing. Lake Arrowhead units on scene reported a 100 x 100 spot, moving up hill towards McKay park.

CalFire has aircraft enroute. Units have set up at the top of the hill. They have a good defensive position if the fire makes it to the crest of the hill.

Dozer and aircraft have been cancelled. Firefighters are making good progress on the fire.
